Blue Stone Therapy is seeking Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our rehabilitation teams in the Minneapolis metro area.
We currently have two full-time opportunities—one based at Ebenezer Ridges in Burnsville and one Float PTA position supporting multiple locations throughout the Minneapolis metro area. Full-time PTA position providing hands-on rehabilitation services as part of the therapy team at Ebenezer Ridges. - Minneapolis Metro Float PTA
Full-time float position supporting Blue Stone Therapy teams and patients at locations throughout the Minneapolis metro area.

What You’ll Do
As a PTA, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide individualized treatment that helps patients improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, safety, and functional independence.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing skilled physical therapy treatment in accordance with established plans of care
- Implementing individualized treatment programs focused on functional and measurable outcomes
- Helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, pain management, and independence
- Monitoring patient response to treatment and communicating progress with the supervising Physical Therapist
- Collaborating with facility staff and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation to support quality patient care and regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Minnesota Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
