Maintenance Supervisor


Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our beautiful property in Venice Beach, Florida. Join our team and contribute to creating a welcoming, well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.


Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the property, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and landscaping.

- Lead and train maintenance staff to ensure high standards of service and safety.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.

- Manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and procurement of supplies and equipment.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with management to plan and execute property improvements and renovations.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance techniques.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

- Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate maintenance equipment as needed.
