Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC system installations
Deliver clean, high-quality workmanship
Lead install helpers and apprentices
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Maintain organized and efficient job sites
Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
Ensure work meets code and company standards

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC install experience
EPA Certification preferred
Leadership mentality
Strong communication skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Strong work ethic and accountability
Clean driving record preferred

Install one qualifying system per workday and potentially earn an additional $2,500+ per month in bonuses
