Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician Faculty member in Valparaiso, Indiana.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine role combining direct patient care with academic faculty responsibilities within established residency program
• Opportunity to mentor and supervise Family Medicine residents while maintaining clinical autonomy
• Whole-person care model focused on preventive services, chronic disease management, and underserved populations
• Leadership opportunity supporting guideline development, resident education, and quality improvement initiatives

COMPENSATION
• Base salary starting at $240,000+
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
• Relocation assistance available

SCHEDULE
• Full-time day schedule
• Outpatient-focused structure
• Structured hospital oversight responsibilities

ROLE
• Provide outpatient Family Medicine care within team-based care model
• Supervise and mentor Family Medicine residents
• Support residency program teaching and clinical development
• Participate in leadership, quality improvement, and guideline initiatives
• Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary outpatient care environment

• Board Certified Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Completion of accredited residency training REQUIRED
