Libby Care Center is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of compassionate healthcare professionals. This role is perfect for an RN who values flexibility while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Perform comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing monitoring
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and effectively
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
  • Communicate changes in condition to providers, residents, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

  • Active RN license in the State of Montana
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to lead, delegate, and collaborate effectively with care teams

  • Flexibility, reliability, and willingness to support staffing needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

Requirements

Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.


Licenses/Certification  

Current RN Licensure in the State employed.

Valid CPR Certification.


Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
