Corporate Staff Accountant
Description

Dynasty Financial Partners looking for a junior-level accounting professional to join our fast-paced and growing corporate finance team. Position will report to VP of Finance. You'll be a highly trusted member of the group with real ownership from day one and unlimited professional growth potential.


Requirements:

  •  Support the team in accounts payable processing, cash management, and communications
  •  Assist with accounts receivable functions including invoice tracking and receipt application
  •  Support cost accounting functions and analysis as directed
  •  Participate in the monthly close process and corporate financial reporting across Dynasty's multiple entities
  •  Create automation and efficiency across our tools and processes (we're actively building this muscle and want someone who gets excited about it)
  •  Build financial analyses and ad hoc reporting as needed
Requirements

Qualifications:

  •  Degree in Accounting or comparable.
  •  0-3 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, or a similar role with strong foundational knowledge of accounting
  •  Ability to communicate complex topics and recommendations clearly and concisely
  •  Strong attention to detail
  •  Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis formulas; Power Query or PowerBI experience is a plus
  •  Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture with the ability to independently manage work from start to finish
  •  Technology orientation with the ability to learn quickly and work across platforms used in the RIA space
  •  Can be trusted with highly confidential information
  •  Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
