Our Office Interns play an important role in helping daily operations run smoothly by assisting with administrative tasks, organizing information, and supporting team projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world business experience, develop professional skills, and work alongside a collaborative and energetic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Help organize files, documents, and office materials both digitally and physically
- Assist with onboarding, preparing onboarding materials, internal documents, and company communications
- Maintain office organization, inventory, and supply tracking as needed
- Assist with additional ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Pay
- Pay: $37,000/annually based on experience
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and support multiple departments
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling company information
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated) for prolonged periods
