We are seeking a motivated Product Marketing Manager to help drive the success of our global product portfolio.
Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for Sofwave’s products. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Sales, R&D, Clinical, and Regulatory—you will help position our technologies, create impactful marketing materials, and support product launches that strengthen Sofwave’s global market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Sales leadership and ASMs to understand field needs and improve commercial execution
- Translate clinical data, KOL advocacy, and product differentiation into simple, powerful selling tools
- Build competitive response materials, objection handling guides, customer presentations, and ROI tools
- Support customer activation after purchase — helping practices launch successfully, drive utilization, and grow their Sofwave business
- Partner with PEAK Advantage to turn practice success into scalable programs, case studies, and best practices
- Identify strong customer stories and help convert them into commercial proof points
- Capture market feedback and competitive intelligence from the field and bring those insights back into Marketing
- Support regional programs, events, and customer engagement activities
- Ensure product launches and campaigns translate into measurable field adoption
- Ability to travel (US and International) 40%
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the medical device or aesthetic industry.
- Partner with global teams on localized GTM assets and market insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strategic storytelling and narrative development
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Working knowledge of medical device terminology and industry trends; clinical aesthetics experience a plus.
- Experience developing sales and marketing materials and supporting product training programs.
- Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
