Overview of this Position:

The Manager of Strategy & Corporate Communications plays a pivotal role in aligning corporate strategy with clear, consistent, and compelling communication across the organization. This individual will support strategic planning initiatives, drive internal communications, and enhance the company’s brand, culture, and Board engagement within the CDMO landscape. Working cross-functionally with executive leadership, HR, and technical teams, this role ensures that strategic priorities are effectively translated into actionable messaging that supports growth, employee engagement, and operational alignment with the strategic plan. This is an on-site role.


Non-Negotiable Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in corporate communications, strategy, or related roles.
  • Must have proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite.

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or CDMO environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Partner with senior leadership to support annual and long-range strategic planning processes.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear communication plans and initiatives. Coordinate messaging across the organization.
  • Publish and maintain the strategic plan landing page/hub. Make decisions on access-levels for various parts of the organization. 
  • Track and report on progress against strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with IT to develop, maintain, and distribute metrics dashboards related to strategic priorities.
  • Support development of executive presentations, board materials, and investor communications.
  • Develop and execute an integrated internal communications strategy.
  • Oversee company-wide messaging to ensure consistency across departments and channels
  • Draft and manage executive communications, including town halls, announcements, and speeches.
  • Lead crisis communication planning and execution as needed.
  • Partner with HR to strengthen employee engagement through effective communication and performance management programs.
  • Manage internal communication channels (newsletters, leadership updates, town hall follow up).
  • Support change management initiatives with structured communication plans.
  • Reinforce company values and culture through storytelling and campaigns, emphasizing the employee/patient connection.
