Location: Pan America Fwy NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Position: Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor
Pay $17.00 per/ hour
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Janitorial Supervisor to join our growing team in the Albuquerque area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise janitorial staff during evening shift
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company and client standards
- Provide on-site support, guidance, and training to team members
- Inspect work areas for quality control and safety compliance
- Communicate with management regarding staffing or site issues
- Assist with janitorial duties as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Smartphone required for scheduling and communication
- Bilingual
