North Eastern Services is seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to oversee our residential program and provide direct support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As a Residential Manager, you will oversee the day to day care and schedules for the individuals we serve and employ. This is a rewarding and flexible role offering a fun environment while ensuring the individuals live safe, full, and rewarding lives. 

Benefits & Schedule:

We offer morning (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM), and swing shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Residential Managers also utilize "float hours" for house duties outside regular shifts.

• Manage day-to-day resident supervision and house operations, ensuring living quarters are clean, safe, and inviting.
• Coordinate medical care, assist with medication administration, and set individual’s medical appointments.
• Plan daily activities, community outings, and nutritious menus that follow dietary guidelines.
• Supervise staff, ensuring they understand job expectations and documenting their time accurately to meet contracted house hours.
• Maintain individual finances, ensuring all purchases are proper and recorded.
