Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and promptly to manufacturer
- Review and verify warranty documentation and repair orders
- Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
- Maintain detailed records of warranty transactions and claims
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
- Assist in resolving warranty discrepancies and follow up on outstanding claims
- Support the service department in administrative tasks related to warranty processing

Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive warranty administration, preferably with Ford or similar brands
