Pay based on experience $18-$19

Shifts: 3pm - 11pm 

9am - 3pm Saturday or Sunday also available

General Responsibilities:

• Assist with individual physical care and behavioral support in their homes
• Support social and life skills by planning and participating in activities with individuals in their homes and in the community
• Assist individuals in maintaining a clean environment
• Complete daily documentation
• Supervision and support of staff
• Transport individuals to doctor appointments (company vehicle if needed)
• Availability to schedule and cover swing shifts as needed 

• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Aptitude to laugh
• Utah Driver License & clean driving record
• Patience and understanding
• Assist individuals with finances
• Participate in paid training
