Responsibilities

  • Follow all company and plant safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues independently.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior technicians or supervisors when needed.
  • Complete maintenance logs, service reports, and other required documentation.
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to entry-level technicians as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and client personnel regarding work progress and issues.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
  • Participate in training programs to expand technical skills and knowledge.
  • Travel to multiple customer locations as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Experience performing maintenance and repair on industrial equipment, machinery, or related systems preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to comply with all safety requirements and company policies.
