Job Title: Vice President, Enterprise Transformation


POSITION SUMMARY:

CareMetx seeks to recruit a Vice President, Enterprise Transformation to work with the CareMetx Executive Leadership Team (“ELT”) in providing leadership for the transformation of CareMetx as we grow our organization organically and inorganically to help patients access specialty therapies. This role will report to the CEO (dotted line to the CFO) and work closely with the ELT to ensure success in the transformation toward our “CareMetx 2.0” operating model. We expect this executive will be positioned to advance into an operating role created by the Company’s accelerated growth and expansion.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Provide overall leadership of enterprise transformation working with executive initiative owners to ensure initiatives remain on track: proactively identify all obstacles and risks, support initiative owners in overcoming challenges, and ensure initiatives are appropriately resourced in collaboration with the CEO and CFO.
  •  Lead project management of the entire change program including leading the transformation office team to ensure necessary tracking activities (e.g., dashboards, scheduling meetings) and coordinating the large number of stakeholders involved (e.g., partners, relevant company executives, financial sponsor/board team members).
  •  Quantify value of initiatives and ensure initiatives deliver expected value; align key metrics to measure performance of initiatives and establish accountability for results.
  •  Provide regular reporting to the ELT on overall status of transformation program; coordinate development of periodic steering committee, Monthly Business Review, and quarterly Board update materials.
  •  At times, take on temporary leadership roles across 1–2 initiatives while the company recruits for a long-term owner, including conducting market research, creating analytical business cases, and updating the ELT on key findings.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Minimum of 8+ years of work experience including some time at a top strategy consulting firm.
  •  Operating experience in healthcare technology and/or life sciences is preferable, but not a requirement for the right candidate.
  •  Exposure to private equity and/or private equity backed businesses a plus.
  •  MBA or equivalent degree a plus.
