Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Night Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing menu items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction during dinner service, late-night dining, and special events.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service.
- Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely ticket execution during service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
- Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and product storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all health department regulations and company policies.
- Support banquet and special event operations when needed.
- Assist with closing duties and kitchen breakdown procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience preferred, but motivated candidates with culinary training will be considered.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence.
