Job Summary:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily workflow and schedules department activities.
- Supervise and develop the supply chain team.
- Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Regularly conducts one-on-one with team members.
- Play key roles in the recruiting, retention, and discipline of supply chain team members.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and execute supply chain strategies.
- Perform strategic sourcing activities.
- Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with the company policies, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies, monitoring and assessing their performance and maintaining cost effective practices.
- Manage global supply base across a range of direct material and indirect categories.
- Maintain supply continuity by ensuring supplier POs are sent by the Supply Chain team at the appropriate cadence and within the necessary planning horizon.
- Working cross-functionally to support production planning efforts, project requirements, and new product introductions.
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
- Lead supplier relationship management activities, including scorecards, business reviews, and forecasting.
- Develop supplier relationship management tools to achieve key company objectives.
- Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison,or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain and to balance supply continuity with cost.
- Solve current or potential future supply gaps through various strategies including multi-sourcing, substitute materials, etc.
- Executing strategic sourcing initiatives to improve lead times and overall product quality, and to lower cost
- Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies.
- Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
- Monitor global freight activity, including assisting freight forwarders with customs clearance.
- Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
- Inform Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Coordinator/GRC Owner of any risk greater than 50k Euro.
- Follows the Export Control procedures.
- Be hands on
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Follows and complies with all corporate compliance and rules. Follows BIZLINK Code of Conduct and BIZLINK policies.
- Ensure that all DP-Document Procedures and WI-Work Instructions are adhered to daily.

Education and Experience:
High Level of Education: Bachelor Degree- Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
Study/Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
Work Experience: Working experience as Supply Chain Management, Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management EPR systems experience
Leadership Experience: Strong leadership experience
