Position Summary

Supports program execution and delivery for Avum's largest contracts. Assists program leadership in managing day-to-day operations, risk management, client relationships, and strategic roadmap execution.

Key Responsibilities

•  Support program execution and delivery by overseeing daily operations and workstream coordination

•  Manage risk and issue identification, documentation, and mitigation tracking

•  Serve as key liaison between government clients and internal delivery teams

•  Drive advancement of program roadmap and strategic initiatives

•  Coordinate subcontractor performance and deliverable tracking

•  Prepare program status reports, metrics, and executive briefings

•  Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, CDRL schedules, and quality standards

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $120,000 – $170,000 annually, with a target midpoint of $145,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic location. Required Qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field

•  8+ years of program/project management experience in federal IT

•  PMP certification

•  Active Secret clearance

•  U.S. citizenship required

•  Experience with DoD contract management and CPARS

Preferred Qualifications

•  Master's degree

•  SAFe certification

•  Experience with Navy/DoD procurement programs

•  Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
