PRTF Facility Director
Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Provide leadership and oversight for all facility operations.
  •  Ensure compliance with Medicaid, state licensing, accreditation, and PRTF regulations.
  •  Supervise management staff and oversee recruitment, retention, and performance management.
  •  Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
  •  Monitor facility budgets, expenditures, and operational efficiency.
  •  Ensure a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment for youth.
  •  Collaborate with clinical staff, families, guardians, community partners, and referral sources.
  •  Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  •  Ensure all staff receive required training and maintain required credentials.
  •  Participate in audits, surveys, and accreditation reviews.
  •  Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  •  Promote Serenity Therapeutic Services' mission, values, and treatment philosophy.


Requirements

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  •  Minimum five (5) years of management experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or child welfare services.
  •  Knowledge of PRTF regulations, Medicaid requirements, and accreditation standards.
  •  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  •  Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
