Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an RN for an Emergency Room opportunity in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide patient care within a 19-bed Emergency Room located on the 1st floor
• Work within a multidisciplinary team environment serving emergency patients
• Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting
• Collaborate with providers and support staff to deliver patient care
• Contribute to a department focused on high-quality emergency services

DEPARTMENT INFORMATION
• 19-bed Emergency Room
• Located on the 1st floor
• 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Average daily volume of approximately 108 patients
• Team includes RNs, Nurse Externs, Paramedics, EMTs, MAs, CNAs, Phlebotomists, Pharmacists, and Providers
• Provides care for cardiac, abdominal pain, shortness of breath, stroke, and trauma patients
• Facility offers the only Pediatric and PICU services in Southern New Mexico

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary Range: $74,880 - $100,000
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Requirements

• Active New Mexico RN License REQUIRED
• Associate's Degree in Nursing REQUIRED
• BLS Certification REQUIRED
• ACLS required within six months of hire
• PALS required within six months of hire
• TNCC required within six months of hire
• Ability to start within 30 days preferred by facility
• One year of ER experience preferred
• One year of nursing experience preferred

Salary Description
Salary Range: $74K–$100K
