Estimated Annual Compensation Ranges (Based on your technical ability, certifications, and diagnostic skill. Compensation range reflects base hourly flat rate plus production bonuses)
- $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 Experienced Level Technician (Strong fundamentals and the drive to grow)
- $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 Advanced Level Technician (Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of systems confidently and independently)
- $80,000.00 - $165,000.00 Mercedes Brand Certified Technician (Fluent in Mercedes-Benz systems, XENTRY diagnostics, and factory procedures)
Incentives we offer:
- Biweekly productivity bonus of up to $4.00 per produced hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-5pm with rotating Saturdays
