Social Commerce Coordinator
Description

We are looking for a highly organized Social Commerce Coordinator based in Los Angeles to drive the daily execution of our TikTok Shop and affiliate programs. This role is essential to our "always-on" social commerce engine, handling everything from TikTok CRM messaging and sampling coordination to managing our affiliate community channels (Discord/Lark, Email).


You will be the primary point of contact for managing creator outreach and producing the weekly briefs that keep our affiliates educated and activated. This role reports to the Social Commerce Manager and offers the opportunity to help execute in-person affiliate events.


Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Shop Operations

  • Lead the coordination and reporting for TikTok Shop Sampling programs, ensuring product gets into the right hands and performance is tracked.
  • Manage execution of Target Plan sends, ensuring accuracy and timing align with larger commerce goals.
  • Track and report on sampling efforts monthly
  • Execute daily and weekly CRM messaging strategy within the TikTok CRM platform to drive engagement and sales.

Affiliate Channel Coordination

  • Own the day-to-day moderation and messaging across affiliate community channels, including Discord/Lark and Email.
  • Proactively manage Spark code collection from creators to ensure our paid and organic teams can amplify top-performing content without delay.
  • Support creator outreach initiatives to grow our affiliate base and maintain healthy, active relationships.

Briefing & Communication Strategy

  • Create and distribute weekly affiliate communication briefs that distill promotions, product launches, and brand priorities into actionable kits for our affiliates.
  • Ensure all affiliate-facing documentation is up to date, on-brand, and easily accessible.

Event Support & Travel

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for in-person affiliate events, from RSVP tracking to on-site coordination.
  • Potential to travel up to a few times per year to support in-person affiliate meetups or brand activations where needed.
Requirements
  • Location: Must be based in the Los Angeles area.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in TikTok Shop management, marketing coordination, social media, eCommerce, or influencer/affiliate operations. Beauty industry experience is a major plus.
  • Platform Fluency: Deep interest in TikTok culture and social shopping. Prior experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok CRM, or influencer CRM tools is highly preferred.
  • Written Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to communicate professionally yet authentically with creators and affiliates.
  • Organization: A "master of details" who can manage daily/weekly cadences, track multiple projects at once, and keep sampling programs running like clockwork.
  • Tools: Proficient in Discord, Lark (or similar project management tools), and Google Suite/Excel.


Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting hourly rate for this position in the selected city is $25.00-$30.00. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
