Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arlington, Oregon.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient behavioral health position serving children, adults, and families
• Provide therapy services within a community-based care model
• Practice with clinical autonomy while collaborating with a supportive team
• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a rural community setting
• Family-focused and patient-centered behavioral health care

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $73,900 - $111,600
