Your Impact


As Inpatient Therapy Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead and mentor therapy staff
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
  • Coordinate inpatient/swing bed coverage and scheduling
  • Support interdisciplinary communication
  • Contribute to strategic rehab program growth

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Oklahoma (or eligible)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience (leadership experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Passion for rural healthcare and community impact
