Description

State Farm agency experience is preferred, and overall compensation will be based on overall experience in the insurance field. You must have and active insurance license for Property/Casualty and Life/Health currently and have at least some current State Farm experience.

Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, preparing quotes, processing policy changes, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role involves meeting sales and activity goals, following up on leads, and proactively reaching out to customers for policy reviews and renewals. The Account Manager will collaborate with the agency team, participate in training, and contribute to community and marketing initiatives that support agency growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
  • Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Position open to U.S. Residents only
  • Property & Casualty, Life and Health required.
  • State Farm experience preferred.
  • Must be able to solve problems quickly and be good with basic computer functions as this role has a lot of note taking!
  • Must have access to fast and reliable internet service.
  • Must be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
