Requirements
  • Must hold a Master's degree in human services field that is license-eligible
  • Engage youth and families in family therapy, assess and diagnose, and be able to educate families and other team members on diagnoses and clinical needs 
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with individuals of various backgrounds, be able to explore family culture, and lead discussions about cultural differences and how they may impact the work
  • Knowledge of mental health diagnoses, community resources, and child/family-serving systems
