Our site managers are excellent. They oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional service. They lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service to our tenants and prospective tenants. It's a hands-on role that requires being physically present, visible, and responsive — not managed from a desk or handled remotely.
A Site Manager is:
- A daily, on-site presence who inspects, walks, and personally oversees the building
- A hands-on leader who supervises staff and subcontractors directly
- The first point of contact for tenant concerns, safety issues, and site logistics
- Someone who takes full ownership of the property's condition and reports up with accuracy and accountability
- The person wno will prepare and present site reports to your Regional Property Manager
- Ensure complete tenant satisfaction
- Identify, mitigate, and correct potential risks
A Site Manager is not:
- A remote or part-time role — this position requires being on-site, Monday through Friday
- A purely administrative position
- A delegation-only role — issues are expected to be handled personally and promptly, not simply passed along
- An entry-level position — it requires prior experience managing people, vendors, and property operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in apartment or building site management
- Proven track record retaining customers/clients/tenants
- Strong knowledge of building compliance and regulations at the local and state level
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in CRM systems
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
