Lead the crew that makes life taste better

Come mix, bake, and pack the soft pretzels people grab off store shelves and restaurant menus every day. We’re looking for Production Supervisors who know the sound of a line running right and genuinely care about the people making it happen.

This isn’t a “watch the clock and fill out the report” job. You’ll be the leader your team looks for when a line goes down, when a new hire walks in unsure what to expect, and when the shift crushes its numbers and deserves to hear about it.

What you’ll own

• A safe, clean, efficient shift where every person goes home in the same condition they arrived
• Coaching and training your team, from brand new hires to seasoned operators
• Keeping production on schedule and on spec, catching problems early and fixing them fast
• Food safety, product quality, GMPs, and SOPs, every shift, no shortcuts
• Running to the labor plan, including headcount and overtime
• Clean shift handoffs with accurate, timely reporting
• Partnering with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, and HR to solve problems instead of passing them along
• Honest feedback, real recognition, and fair handling of performance issues

Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Tell us which one fits your life when you apply.

• At least 2 years supervising in food manufacturing, a bakery, or a similar production setting
• Solid working knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and safe work practice
• A calm, steady presence when the shift gets busy
• Comfort with schedules, numbers, and production reporting
• A player coach mindset: you jump in when it counts and step back so your people can grow
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a big plus
