Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a General Dentist in Milton, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient general dentistry position serving adults and children
• Bread-and-butter dentistry including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions
• High-volume patient population within a community health setting
• Medicaid-focused practice with established workflows and support staff
• Clinical autonomy with support from experienced dental leadership
• Opportunity to serve underserved communities while building a long-term practice

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• No Traditional Call Schedule
• Predictable 8-Hour Workdays

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $170,000 - $210,000
• Productivity Bonus Structure
• NHSC Student Loan Repayment Eligibility up to $50,000 (2-Year Commitment)
