Waterford Place is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Front Desk Lead to serve as the central point of contact for our campus. This role provides leadership to front desk staff while creating a welcoming experience for residents, families, visitors, and team members. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, administrative, and problem-solving skills, along with a heart for serving senior adults in the spirit of Christian love.

 

Schedule Details

  • Full Time: 32 hours a week on 1st shift 
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and support front desk staff across all shifts
  • Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of the front desk staff
  • Responsible for scheduling and ensuring coverage at the front desk
  • Creates a warm, welcoming, and responsive front desk experience for residents, families, visitors, and staff

  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred
