Hybrid Instructional Aides are on-campus support personnel who assist with a variety of responsibilities as follows:  

• Provide support to teachers who are teaching remotely with students who are in classrooms 
• Provide basic technical support to ensure that faculty and students can participate in online classes, meetings, and activities 
• Work with the Technology and Teaching & Learning teams to best support hybrid instruction 
• Ensure students in class are engaged with faculty lessons 
• Provide support during student health check-ins 
• Supervise students during lunch and break times 
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation  

This is an hourly position with a rate of $15-$18/hour based on experience. These positions are expected to be 40-hour work weeks with consistent hours when school is in session. Postings will remain open indefinitely.  

• Bachelor's degree  
• Experience working in a school setting  
• Competency with technology, including hardware and software, and ability to help students navigate online classes, meetings, and activities
