Oversees daily operations of a residential home for individuals with disabilities, ensuring a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. Provides staff guidance, supports residents’ independence and well-being, and coordinates care, routines, and services.

Job Tasks:

• Execute daily activities with the individuals at home and/ or in the community.
• Supporting individuals with their goals to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Provide proper supervision to individuals to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.
• Assist in medications to individuals according to the medication administration record. (MAR)
• Assist individuals with meal planning, preparation, and daily documentation.
• Driving individuals to/from appointments.
• Overseeing staff and ensuring they receive the necessary training.
• Ensure the individuals medical and financial needs are met.
• Conduct house meetings and attend manager meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have 3+ years working in Social Services.
• Must be able to have a flexible schedule.
• Must have a current/valid UT drivers license as well as a clean driving record.
• Must have a vehicle with current registration and full coverage insurance.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to provide physical care.
