Position Title: Project Manager – Commercial Kitchens 

Reports To: Director of Contract Sales 

Location: Texas / Oklahoma

As a Project Manager – Commercial Kitchens, you’ll take ownership of highly detailed, multi-phase projects where accuracy, planning, and execution matter. What You Will Do 

  • Lead commercial kitchen projects from initial design through final installation and closeout, ensuring every detail aligns with specifications and standards  
  • Analyze architectural drawings, equipment schedules, and layouts to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility  
  • Build and manage structured project plans, timelines, and budgets with a focus on precision and accountability  
  • Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track  
  • Oversee equipment procurement, logistics, and compliance with regulatory requirements  
  • Monitor construction progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure installations meet exact specifications  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering clear, factual updates and documentation to clients and stakeholders  
  • Ensure compliance with health codes, ADA standards, and safety regulations through rigorous quality checks  
  • Maintain detailed records, including RFIs, change orders, and project financials, with a high level of accuracy  

What You Will Need 

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction, foodservice, or a related technical field  
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and commercial kitchen operations  
  • Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings with precision  
  • Experience working with contractors, architects, and consultants in a structured project environment  
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with a data-driven, detail-oriented mindset  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines  
  • Proficiency with project management tools and systems  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, focused on clarity and factual information exchange  
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite at active construction locations as needed
