Front Desk Agent (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Follow all safety and security procedures

Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office (familiarity with the PEP POS System would be a plus)
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
