About the Role
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring our technicians, project teams, and customers have the materials they need when they need them.
This role is much more than counting parts. It is a critical position that helps keep projects moving, supports field technicians, and contributes directly to the customer experience. The right person will be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated by helping others succeed.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate inventory records using EBMS.
- Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and order replenishment materials and parts.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and stocking incoming materials.
- Verify inventory transactions and maintain organized storage locations.
- Pull and stage materials for technicians, projects, customer pickups, and deliveries.
- Work closely with vendors, office staff, and field personnel to ensure material availability.
- Help improve inventory processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
