Communicate complex CRM concepts in a way that’s clear and actionable for teams and clients alike
- Customization and Development: Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications using Power Platform, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant tools. This includes creating workflows, plugins, custom entities, forms, and reports.
- Integration: Connect Dynamics 365 with other systems via APIs, Azure services, or data integrations. This may include working with Power Automate, Logic Apps, or third-party connectors.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions within Dynamics.
- Testing and Support: Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance and user support. Ensure systems are performing optimally and upgrades are implemented smoothly.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for solutions, customizations, and integrations to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
