The Role: Property Experience Coordinator
The Property Experience Coordinator is the heartbeat of our on-the-ground operations. You're the person who ensures every property is guest-ready, every vendor shows up on time, and every detail — from the keypad to the kitchen — is exactly right. You'll work across our portfolio of upscale short-term rental homes, coordinating with our housekeeping teams, maintenance technicians, and guest services staff to deliver the flawless stays Goodnight Stay is known for.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role where no two days look exactly the same. If you love variety, ownership over your work, and the satisfaction of a job well done, this is your kind of position.
What You'll Do
- Inspect & Maintain — Conduct regularly scheduled property inspections with a sharp eye for detail, identifying maintenance needs, cleanliness issues, and supply gaps before guests ever notice them
- Coordinate Vendors — Manage and direct housekeepers, maintenance technicians, and service providers to ensure timely, quality work
- Support Guest Requests — Respond to in-house guest needs with professionalism and speed, reducing escalations to the support team
- Manage Work Orders — Create, prioritize, and process work orders; document damages with appropriate detail for billing and repair tracking
- Onboard New Properties — Support the addition of new homes to our portfolio, including utility appointments, smart technology installation, and initial inspections
- Manage Inventory — Monitor, order, and organize guest supplies and in-unit amenities across all properties
- Collaborate Daily — Work closely with Owner Success Managers, Guest Services, and the Onboarding Team to align on priorities and daily task loads
- Attend Team Meetings — Stay connected and aligned with local team goals and updates
- Dispatch Efficiently — Bundle work orders strategically by location to maximize productivity
- Deliver Results — Manage logistics, organize by urgency, and execute with minimal supervision
Who You Are
You don't need a perfect resume — you need the right mindset and a genuine care for quality. Here's what will set you up for success:
- Hospitality-minded — You understand that the little things make the biggest difference for guests
- Organized & proactive — You juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Self-directed — You can manage your own day, stay on task, and ask for help when you need it
- Professional & personable — You represent Goodnight Stay well with guests, owners, and vendors alike
- Adaptable — You roll with changes, pivot quickly, and see challenges as opportunities
- Communicative — You keep your team informed and respond promptly in the field
- A problem-solver — You handle what you can and escalate what you can't with clear, accurate information
