Vita Industrial is seeking an experienced Industrial Territory Manager to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with experience selling complex equipment, technology, or solutions into industrial markets such as construction, crane and rigging, utilities, heavy civil, energy, manufacturing, or equipment rental organizations.


As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for bringing Vita Industrial's innovative load control solutions to market by owning the entire sales process - from prospecting and business development through proposal development, customer demonstrations, and deal closure. You will work directly with large contractors, crane rental companies, industrial service providers, utilities, and other key stakeholders involved in lifting and material handling operations. Following a successful sale, you will continue to cultivate customer relationships to drive adoption, expansion opportunities, and long-term account growth throughout your assigned territory.


Location: USA (close proximity to a major airport is a must)


Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Understand our customers, industry, and how they relate to our products
  • Travel throughout an assigned territory to secure business with new and existing customers
  • Participate in networking events, attend trade shows, and develop long-term relationships with contacts
  • Generate your own leads for new opportunities and follow-up on inbound leads
  • Take ownership of the sales process including introduction presentations, product demos, proposal generation and follow up presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and ultimately closing deals to acquire new customers
  • Maintain solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and new product developments
  • Ensure that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations
  • Track sales goals and report results as appropriate in CRM system
  • Other duties as assigned

Travel % = 50-75% depending on candidate location

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from college or university and 5 years’ Sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience selling into industrial, construction, crane and rigging, utility, heavy equipment, manufacturing, energy, or related B2B markets
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at various levels within an organization
  • Prior experience in an Outside Sales or Field Sales role
  • SalesForce CRM experience is a plus

Compensation

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the compensation for this role is $72,000 – 100,000 per year, plus sales commission, however, Vita Inclinata Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
