Position Overview

As a Commercial Maintenance Worker, you will be an essential part of our team responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our commercial properties.


Please note that this position requires you to have your CDL A license. Tanker and Hazmat required. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Commercial Maintenance Worker is accountable for completing the following company wide.

  • Fuel system repairs tanks, pumps, hoses, etc.
  • Reconcile inventory.
  • Deliver and pickup fuel equipment
  • On call emergency response 
  • Install tank monitors and batteries 
  • Create and close work orders daily
  • Follow all safety guidelines 

Required/Preferred Education & Experience

  • High school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field.
  • Must have a strong mechanical aptitude. 
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
  • CDL A, Tanker and Hazmat Required

Working Environment and Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift, push & pull up to 75 lbs. repeatedly throughout the course of the shift
  • Ability to walk, squat, stoop, kneel and bend repeatedly at each delivery location
  • Ability to regularly pass a DOT physical and maintain FMCSA drug and alcohol standards
