The Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) Project Planner is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and maintaining the RATT team employment schedule; de-conflicting visits with other training entities; soliciting fleet schedule inputs; and providing persistent fleet visibility of the employment schedule.
This position is a training coordination and scheduling management role that sits at the intersection of logistics, communication, and planning — ensuring the RATT team is deployed efficiently, conflicts are minimized, and the fleet always knows where and when the team will be available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate and maintain the RATT team employment schedule, ensuring it remains current and accurate
- Schedule RATT team activities and deployments across the fleet
- De-conflict visits with other training entities to avoid overlap or resource competition
Fleet Engagement & Input
- Solicit schedule inputs from fleet units to ensure their training needs are captured and incorporated
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the RATT team and fleet stakeholders regarding scheduling matters
Visibility & Communication
- Provide persistent (continuous/ongoing) fleet visibility of the employment schedule, ensuring all relevant parties have access to up-to-date scheduling information
- Maintain transparency of RATT team movements and commitments across the organization
Administrative & Planning
- Manage schedule documentation and records
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Coordinate with external training entities to synchronize activities
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Navy operational scheduling and fleet coordination
- Familiarity with CNSP ship schedules and training pipelines
- Proficiency in MS Office scheduling tools
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and geographic locations (CONUS/OCONUS)

Security Clearance
