Description

We are seeking a District Sales professional to expand business for a newly incorporated

product line. This role is built for someone who takes ownership of outcomes, moves quickly on opportunities, and is comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment. They will play a central role in growing customer relationships, identifying new business and helping ensure the district remains commercially strong.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive business development efforts across the territory to identify, pursue, and close new opportunities

• Build and maintain customer relationships that support long-term growth and repeat business

• Conduct on-site visits to understand customer needs and ensure service expectations are being met

• Work with customers to secure Master Service Agreements and support commercial discussions

• Review existing products and applications to identify ways to improve performance and customer value

• Make sound business decisions that support district profitability and operational effectiveness

• Ensure all work is carried out in line with company standards and applicable local, state, and federal regulations

• Support the safe transport and delivery of downhole tools to and from wellsites as needed

• Contribute to a strong service culture focused on responsiveness, follow-through, and customer partnership

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Other Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, account growth, or customer-facing operations

• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

• Familiarity with oilfield services, downhole tools, or related industry environments preferred

• Ability to occasionally transport and deliver tools to and from wellsites
