Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Part-Time Concierge to join our team! In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Duties:

• Greet residents, visitors, and vendors warmly at the front desk with excellent phone etiquette
• Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally
• Assist with office management tasks such as data entry, filing, and document proofreading
• Handle calendar management and scheduling for community events or appointments
• Support administrative functions using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
• Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring all office supplies are stocked

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in front desk reception or office management preferred
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and data entry skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse community members
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with professional phone etiquette
• Clerical experience including typing, proofreading, filing, and calendar management
• Personal assistant or administrative support experience is advantageous
• Ability to handle office equipment such as multi-line phones and office machines confidently
