What’s the Role
The Industrial Electrician is a full-time position responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment across our local production facilities. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role critical to keeping our operations running safely and efficiently — every single day. We’re looking for a seasoned electrician who can work independently, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and collaborate closely with our Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Safety teams. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, holds safety as non-negotiable, and is willing to share their expertise with junior team members.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with the ability to work overtime and some weekends as needed.
What You’ll Own
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment and systems across multiple local facilities
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical instructions
• Supply power to equipment and systems in a production environment — run conduit, install electrical panels, transformers, and related components
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with NEC, OSHA, GMP, and company safety procedures
• Work in tandem with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Safety teams
• Operate independently and within a team setting depending on project scope
• Train junior electricians and/or apprentices as needed
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or electrical certification preferred
• 5+ years of industrial electrical installation experience
• Working knowledge of electrical circuits, theory, and systems including single phase, three phase, high voltage, AC/DC, 240V high leg systems, wire sizing, and test equipment
• Proven experience running conduit and pulling wire
• Hands-on experience installing 120/240/480V panels, transformers, starters, and related equipment
• Knowledge and installation experience with EMT conduit
• Comfortable working at heights and in enclosed spaces (e.g., above ceilings)
• Ability to operate scissor lifts and/or forklifts
