We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Senior Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who has a genuine interest in building a long-term career in transaction advisory, with exposure to mergers and acquisitions and financial due diligence engagements. You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience and direct involvement in client interactions.
Responsibilities
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Analyze financial statements, quality of earnings, and key performance drivers
- Assist in evaluating working capital, cash flow trends, and potential deal risks
- Participate in client calls and presentations
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop findings and recommendations
- Prepare reports and supporting schedules for transaction-related engagements
- Limited travel requirements
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and active deal environments
- Opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in transaction advisory engagements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- 2 working years of M&A transaction experience
- Background in public accounting, transaction advisory, audit, or investment banking preferred
- Big Four experience is a plus
- CPA designation is preferred but not required
- Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced expertise not required)
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Self-starter with a proactive and accountable approach to work
- Strong interest in developing a career in Transaction Advisory Services
- Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced TAS leadership

Starting compensation typically ranges from $70,000–$95,000, offered as a comprehensive package with opportunity for growth.
