Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional service with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching using ServiceTitan and other software platforms
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
• Follow up with customers regarding completed work, open service requests, and warranty-related concerns
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints with a solution-focused approach
• Maintain accurate customer records, job information, and billing details
• Assist field teams with scheduling updates, customer communication, and administrative support
• Contribute to a positive customer experience that reflects Polestar's commitment to excellence
Requirements
• Must have night and weekend availability; this is not a Monday-Friday position
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry terminology preferred
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment
• Experience with dispatching and CRM software such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar platforms preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
