Founded by a former nurse who developed products for her own family's eczema and psoriasis, we've grown into one of Florida's most trusted clean beauty brands.We're looking for an outgoing, sales-driven Retail Sales Associate who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
• Consult with customers and recommend personalized skincare solutions
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Build customer loyalty through genuine relationship-building
• Maintain product knowledge and confidently educate customers
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory needs

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Outgoing, confident, and customer-focused personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, or clean living is a plus
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual a Plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (5–8 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and stock merchandise as needed
