Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Private Physician Practice
Salary Range: $78,644 – $119,000 / year base + up to $4,200 discretionary bonus
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities, helping them improve their mobility and overall quality of life.
About Our Practice:
Tired of the corporate mill? At our physician-owned private practice, we bridge the gap between world-class medical care and personalized, evidence-based physical therapy. Because we operate inside a direct physician framework, our therapists collaborate side-by-side with referring doctors, enjoy a built-in referral pipeline, and experience streamlined administrative processes that minimize unpaid documentation time.
Why Join Us?
Focus on Patients, Not Clinic Logistics: With dedicated PTAs and PT Techs handling patient setup, modalities, and workflow support, you'll have the resources you need to provide excellent care. Our scheduling model targets 16 patients per day, though actual volumes are often lower, helping maintain a productive pace without sacrificing quality or work-life balance.
Best of Both Worlds: Enjoy the independence to practice at the top of your license while working within an integrated orthopedic care team. Our therapists have convenient access to physicians, making communication, care coordination, and patient follow-up seamless.
Earn More with Quarterly Bonuses: Unlock additional earning potential early. After just 6 months of employment, you become eligible for our performance bonus structure, paying out up to $4,200 per year distributed in quarterly bonuses.
True Collaborative Autonomy: Located alongside a network of orthopedic providers, our therapists benefit from direct access to our physicians, supporting efficient communication and continuity of care throughout the patient journey.
Zero Marketing Required: Your schedule is populated entirely by our internal physician network. Focus 100% of your energy on patient care, not hunting for referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
