Service Advisor
Description

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with customers while providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain customer repair schedule.
  • Process / Paperwork Execution
  • Generate Estimates, Approvals and Invoice data accurately and consistently.

The Service Advisor reports directly to the General Manager.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Industry specific Service Writer/Advisor experience
  • Extensive knowledge of medium and heavy-duty truck repair and parts
  • Ability to communicate equally well with customers, Technicians and leadership
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficient computer skills for iTrack data entry, use of vendor-based web applications and MS Office Outlook
  • Ability to stand, sit and walk within the shop and office
  • Ability to climb in and out of customer vehicles
  • Ability to safety lift 20 pounds
