Maintenance Mechanic Positions
Pay Rate: $28 - $33+ per hr. (Depending upon experience).
Shifts: Night Shift
Days: 4 days on, 3 days off schedule to include either Saturday or Sunday off each week (Wednesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday).
Hours:
Night shift from 4:45pm to 5am
12-hour shift with 8 hours of overtime each week; with extra days of overtime offered.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC production equipment
- Assist with maintenance projects and task-based assignments
- Support maintenance team operations and provide backup assistance when needed
- Utilize CMMS software and tablet-based maintenance systems
- Operate forklifts, lifts, and other equipment as required
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards
- Participate in company-sponsored technical and computer-based training programs
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with tablet-based software systems
- Ability to operate lifts and forklifts as needed
- Ability to pass an entry-level maintenance assessment
