If you’ve got what it takes to work with the best, we want to hear from you!
- 2 - 4+ years of Sous Chef or Executive Chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
- Experience in an American Tavern concept is strongly preferred.
- The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste.
- Strong broiler skills are required.
- An excellent attention to detail.
